Em Thu Thảo (Kaite) 0368 874 718 nhận làm TRỌN GÓI giấy phép (phân loại, công bố A, đăng ký lưu hành, Giấy phép nhập khẩu (GPNK thông tư 30), thủ tục), cước vận tải hàng TBYT nhập khẩu.

1.HS CODE:

  • 4015 1100 (găng tay phẫu thuật – Surgical Gloves): Thuế NK: 20% ; Thuế VAT 5%
  • 4015 1900 (găng tay y tế khác – găng khám – Examination Gloves): Thuế NK: 20% ; Thuế VAT 5%

Lưu ý: Nếu có CO ưu đã giảm thuế nhập khẩu: form E (nhập từ China),  CO form D (nhập từ các nước thuộc khu vực Đông Nam Á), CO form AK (nhập từ Hàn Quốc)  thì thuế nhập khẩu sẽ giảm còn 0%

  • Kết quả phân loại
  • PTN hồ sơ công bố A; đối với loại B thì chỉ cần phân loại là nhập được
  • Bộ  chứng từ đầy đủ: Invoice, packing list, vận đơn, hóa đơn cước (nếu có), catalog
  • COO ưu đãi thuế nhập khẩu nếu có

** Chú ý hàng khi nhập khẩu thiết bị y tế: 3M (model, manufacturer và made in) trên tem nhãn thực tế phải khớp với giấy tờ: phân loại, công bố A, GPNK,lưu hành…
