Trước đây, doanh nghiệp nào đã từng làm GPNK dùng CFS China đã có hợp pháp hoá lãnh sự mà vẫn bị Vụ phản hồi, yêu cầu bổ sung bản dịch có chứng thực của CFS (dịch cả nội dung phần con dấu) để Vụ biết được đơn vị nào cấp CFS (do trên CFS China toàn tiếng Trung) thì các bác lưu ý như sau ạ:

1. Khi nộp CFS China, ngoài việc hợp pháp hoá lãnh sự như thông thường, các bác bảo seller làm thêm thao tác là xác nhận con dấu trên CFS là thật.

Lý do: Con dấu trên CFS Trung Quốc toàn tiếng China, nên Vụ cần xác định đó là cơ quan nào cấp CFS? (có phải cơ quan y tế cấp không?)

  • Điều này vừa dịch được tên cơ quan cấp ra tiếng Anh (cho chuyên viên trên Vụ biết được đơn vị cấp CFS), vừa xác thực luôn con dấu đó là THẬT (như ảnh dưới đây). Anh chị cần mẫu CFS các nước tham khảo Tại đây ạ!
  • Hoặc các bác đi dịch thuật công chứng bản CFS đó ra tiếng Việt bản gửi kèm với bản hợp pháp hoá lãnh sự cho chuyên viên. Miễn là với mục đích cho Vụ biết được tổ chức cấp CFS ở đây là đơn vị nào.

2. Cơ quan cấp CFS

Cơ quan cấp CFS phải là các cơ quan y tế ở Trung Quốc. Tuy nhiên, ở Trung Quốc, BYT không cấp mà sẽ do cơ quan y tế ở các Tỉnh cấp (như ảnh dưới đây: công ty ở tỉnh Hunan, do cơ quan y tế ở Tỉnh cấp CFS)
