Công bố đủ điều kiện mua bán thiết bị y tế loại B,C,D là công bố bắt buộc nếu các cửa hàng, nhà thuốc hoặc công ty muốn kinh doanh thiết bị y tế.
Đặc biệt, gần đây, để đủ điều kiện nhập và bán test covid, các Sở y tế đã bắt buộc 100% doanh nghiệp – cửa hàng thuốc Công bố mua bán thiết bị y tế.

Sau đây là năm bước đơn giản để kiểm tra xem doanh nghiệp đối tác, người bán Thiết bị y tế bất kì đã được cấp phép hay chưa.
Bước 1: truy cập Hệ thống dịch vụ công trực tuyến tại đây hoặc https://dmec.moh.gov.vn
Bước 2: Chọn KẾT QUẢ DỊCH VỤ CÔNG
Bước 3: Chọn TÌM KIẾM NÂNG CAO
Bước 4: Tại ô TÊN DOANH NGHIỆP, gõ tên doanh nghiệp – cửa hàng – nhà thuốc và tìm kiếm
Bước 5: Nếu Tên doanh nghiệp bạn cần tìm đã có, truy cập vào công bố và kiểm tra mục 4. Danh mục trang thiết bị y tế do cơ sở thực hiện mua bán:
