II. Bản chất hàng hóa
- PHÂN LOẠI: LOẠI D – QUY TẮC 7
- HS code: 9018 9090
- MỤC ĐÍCH SỬ DỤNG: Dùng như là một chất cầm máu bổ trợ để sử dụng cho các quy trình phẫu thuật và các vết thương chấn thương khi việc kiểm soát chảy máu từ mao mạch, tĩnh mạch, hoặc các động mạch nhỏ khi áp lực, sự buộc thắt và các quá trình thông thường khác không hiệu quả hoặc không khả thi.
Lưu ý:
- Tem nhãn trên hàng hoá phải khớp với tờ khai, phân loại, invoice khi thông quan hàng tại VN.
- Hàng Loại B,C,D cần làm công bố đủ điều kiện mua bán TBYT trước khi xuất hóa đơn GTGT (VAT) (3-5 ngày)
- Thủ tục nhập khẩu TBYT loại C, D 2025: tất cả các TTBYT loại C, D để nhập khẩu đều cần ĐĂNG KÝ SỐ LƯU HÀNH LƯU HÀNH
