Sáng ngày 12/9/2020, Bộ y tế thực hiện Giới thiệu Thông tư số 14/2020/TT-BYT ngày
10/7/2020 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế quy định một số nội dung trong đấu thầu TTBYT tại
cơ sở y tế công lập và Hướng dẫn đăng tải và tra cứu kết quả lựa chọn nhà thầu với một số chú ý sau.

Trên báo giá Thiết bị y tế vào thầu có thêm mục Phân nhóm và Hãng sản xuất

Quy định phân nhóm mới

Việc xác định nước sản xuất trang thiết bị y tế căn cứ vào thông tin ghi trên một trong các giấy tờ sau đây: Giấy phép nhập khẩu, Số lưu hành (bao gồm cả giấy chứng nhận đăng ký lưu hành), CFS và ISO 13485

Bên mời thầu có thể yêu cầu bên dự thầu cung cấp: Số phiếu tiếp nhận công bố đủ điều kiện mua bán TTBYT loại B, C, D; Số lưu hành hoặc số giấy phép nhập khẩu.

Ngoài ra, điểm quan trọng của hội thảo là việc công khai tình hình thực hiện đấu thầu trang thiết bị y tế tại đây
