2. Mô tả công việc Thực tập sinh:

  • Đảm bảo hoàn thành KPI doanh số được giao để lên nhân viên chính thức
  • Tìm kiếm các khách hàng mới, duy trì khách hàng hiện tại
  • Tư vấn – xử lý và làm thủ tục thông quan, vận chuyển Quốc tế Air / Sea hàng hoá xuất nhập khẩu; những nghiệp vụ cơ bản nhất của ngành logistics: MBL, HBL, Manifest, Invoice, Packing list, CO; các điều kiện Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DAP…
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để theo dõi hành trình đơn hàng, đảm bảo tất cả các lô hàng đi và đến đều hoàn thiện thủ tục, không nhầm lẫn, hư hại và đúng thời hạn quy định
  • Được đào tạo về Quy trình nhập khẩu chuyên ngành Thiết bị y tế, viễn thông, mỹ phẩm, Thực phẩm chức năng

3. Yêu cầu:

  • Có mong muốn gắn bó lâu dài, có mong muốn trở thành nhân viên chính thức
  • Theo học đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Ngoại thương, Logistics,…. và các chuyên ngành có liên quan (có hỗ trợ các bạn đang đợi bằng hoặc còn ít môn trên trường)
  • Có kinh nghiệm đi làm thêm bất kỳ thời sinh viên. Ưu tiên các bạn đã có kinh nghiệm kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực Logistics
  • Máu lửa, bản lĩnh, mạnh mẽ, đam mê kinh doanh
  • Yêu thích và có định hướng theo ngành sales Logistics
  • Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu cơ bản, không yêu cầu chứng chỉ
  • TINH THẦN TRÁCH NHIỆM cao, TRUNG THỰC
